Real estate developer Binghatti Properties, based in the UAE, has announced a collaboration with German automaker Mercedes-Benz to construct an impressive branded residence in Dubai.
Unveiled on Wednesday, the groundbreaking project, named Mercedes-Benz Places, will be situated in Downtown Dubai. The partnership between the two brands is described as a fusion of their shared enthusiasm for iconic design and innovation, aiming to establish new benchmarks in luxury living.
The architectural plans for the development, a 341-meter-tall, 65-story building, were revealed by Binghatti Properties. Muhammad BinGhatti, the CEO, expressed profound excitement about collaborating with the iconic Mercedes-Benz brand, stating that Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai goes beyond being a real estate development, emphasizing its core focus on community and mobility to set a new standard for intelligent living.
Located in the heart of Dubai, surrounded by iconic structures such as the Dubai Mall and the Museum of the Future, with unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa, the new landmark aims to redefine modern living. The collaboration, in the works for over a year, emphasizes a customer-centric approach, prioritizing the needs of future residents.
Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai, guided by the design philosophy of ‘Sensual Purity,’ seeks to create timeless and beautiful spaces in an oasis of serenity and purity. By integrating smart home technologies with intelligent mobility solutions, the project aims to revolutionize comfort and convenience in contemporary living spaces.
Britta Seeger, a member of the Board of Management at Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Marketing and Sales, highlighted the partnership with Binghatti as an ideal collaboration, expressing the goal of creating a residential tower that reflects the brand’s DNA and provides customers with a place to unwind and call home.
This venture marks Mercedes-Benz’s first foray into the real estate branded project segment, with a launch event scheduled for January 24, 2024, in Dubai, where additional details about the project will be disclosed.
Dubai’s thriving branded real estate segment, already boasting 51 operational branded residences, positions the emirate as the leading city globally for such properties. With an additional 51 projects set to enter the market by 2030, Dubai is poised to maintain its status as the premier destination for branded residences throughout the decade, surpassing other international realty hotspots like Florida, New York, and London, according to a report by property consultants Savills.
