B.Sc Engineering / B.E. Civil Engineering as in relaxation to vacancies to be filled or an equivalent qualification from a university / institution recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council and Registered as Professional Engineering with the Pakistan Engineering Council except in a case where Section 28 (B) of the Pakistan Engineering Council Act, 1976 (V of 1976) applies. 

Having 5 years service against post in BS-17

Age Limit 18-25 

Three year Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil or  Mechanical as in relation to vacancies to be filled or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute).
